Only drawback in this program is that it is a bit difficult to use. But they have a great customer service team that will help you through the whole process.

The program that came in the third place was Grant Stimulus Source. This program has some great collection of grants but is not as comprehensive as the other 2.  But it is still a free program and you can get access to a lot of free grant programs that are not available in the first 2.
